When Will I Receive My Order?
Amazon processes and ships all In Style Eyes orders based on Amazon’s Shipping Rates and Policies. As part of the checkout process you will have the option to select the method of shipping. Shipping time to you will depend upon the shipping method selected.
How can I track my Order?
Amazon will provide an Order confirmation e-mail once you complete checkout. After your order has been packaged and left the warehouse, Amazon will send you another e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped along the appropriate Tracking Number. With that information, you will be able to track your shipment.
Can I Modify My Order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact Amazon right away. Orders can’t be cancelled once they ship from the warehouse. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible.

If you’re not Completely Satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from us, you can return or exchange the purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

In Style Eyes uses Amazon to fulfill all orders because of their dedication to World Class Service. Please refer to Amazon’s Return Policy.
Customer may return purchases within 30 days of delivery for a refund, except during the ‘Holiday Period.’ Items purchased during the Holiday Period will have an extended return timeframe. The Holiday Period starts November 1 and ends on December 31. Items bought during this period may be returned until January 31st.
Product should be returned in their original product packaging. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of In Style Eyes or Amazon error. Returns for any other reason will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund.
All refunds go to the original purchaser. A refund will be given provided the return is received within the given return period.
Replacements and exchanges are gladly accepted and processed through Amazon’s Return System
When will I receive my refund?
Amazon processes all refunds for In Style Eyes purchases. Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase and in some cases can be instantly given.
All product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. Returns should be in resalable condition, and all original packaging should be in place for credit to be issued.
We want you to be Completely Satisfied, but are unable to cover accidental damage or wear of product damage caused by the customer.
What if I receive a damaged order?
You must notify Amazon Customer Service by e-mail or telephone if you receive a defective item or your order was damaged during the delivery process.
Can I exchange my item?
You can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
Instructions on how to Return/Exchange/Replace items:

2. Print the returns slip and the shipping label
3. Include the returns slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the package
4. Ship package

Do I have more time to return items purchased during the Holidays?
Yes! Any product purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned or exchanged until January 31st of the following year.
