At In Style Eyes, we believe you shouldn’t just see better—you should love how you look. If you aren’t 100% happy with your new glasses, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To provide you with world-class shipping and reliable delivery, all In Style Eyes orders are fulfilled by Amazon. Because of this partnership, our returns are processed through Amazon’s secure and efficient system.

How to Return or Exchange

Choose Your Return Method:

For Standard Orders:

  1. Email us at jeff@instyleeyes.com to notify us of your return.

  2. Log into your Amazon account under "Your Orders" to print your label.

  3. Include the return slip inside the box and ship it back.

For "Buy with Prime" Orders:

  1. Find your original Buy with Prime confirmation email.

  2. Click "View Order" and select the "Return" button.

  3. Print the provided label and drop off your package.


Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my refund? Amazon processes all refunds for In Style Eyes. Most refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, some refunds are even issued instantly once the package is scanned by the carrier!

What if my order arrives damaged? If your glasses arrive defective or were damaged during the delivery process, please notify Amazon Customer Service immediately by phone or email. We want to ensure you get a perfect pair as quickly as possible.

Is there a cost for return shipping? If the return is due to an error by In Style Eyes or Amazon (such as a defective item or wrong strength), shipping is on us. For returns made for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.

What about Holiday purchases? We want you to have extra peace of mind during the gift-giving season! Any item purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned or exchanged until January 31 of the following year.

A Quick Note on Condition: We want you to be completely satisfied, but please note that we cannot cover accidental damage or wear-and-tear caused after the glasses have been used. Returns should be in resalable condition with all original packaging included.
